The keystone

Every arch has one stone that holds the others in place. For most small businesses, that stone is the owner — and it’s exhausting. We become the structure, so you don’t have to be.

What we manage

Nine services, one steady hand.

Take one service or let us manage several together. Everything is built around how your business already works.

What changes when we step in

01 — Clarity

You see the whole business on one page.

Numbers, priorities and open issues in plain language, every week. No more guessing where things stand.

02 — Cadence

Work runs on rhythm, not memory.

Checklists, owners and a weekly review mean the right things happen on time — even when you’re not there.

03 — Control

Growth feels calm instead of chaotic.

With structure underneath, every new client, hire or location adds profit instead of pressure.

How we work

Four steps. No guesswork.

A clear path from first conversation to a business that runs on its own rhythm. Flat monthly fees, no long lock-in.

  1. Step 01

    Listen

A free 30-minute conversation about your business, what's working and what keeps you up at night. No pitch, just questions.

  2. Step 02

    Diagnose

We spend time inside the business — numbers, processes, people — and give you a short written assessment with clear priorities.

  3. Step 03

    Build

We put the structure in place: owners, routines, systems and reporting. You see progress weekly, not at the end.

  4. Step 04

    Run & refine

We manage the work month to month, review results with you and keep improving. Flat monthly fee, no long lock-in.

Operations Management

A family bakery in North Hollywood

Wholesale orders lived in a group text. We moved scheduling into one shared calendar, wrote opening and closing checklists and started a 30-minute Monday review — so the owner could finally take Saturdays off.

Financial Management

A two-location dental practice in Burbank

The practice was profitable on paper but tight on cash. A 13-week cash-flow forecast and a fixed collections routine made payroll weeks predictable again.

Formation & Compliance

A residential contractor in Sun Valley

Licenses, permits and insurance renewals were tracked on sticky notes. One compliance calendar and an organized records folder replaced the guesswork.

Marketing Management

A boutique fitness studio in Studio City

Three freelancers, no plan. A single monthly calendar, a refreshed Google Business Profile and a simple lead report showed which channels actually filled classes.

Vendor & Contract Management

A light-manufacturing shop in Van Nuys

A full vendor register surfaced overlapping software subscriptions and two auto-renewing contracts ready for renegotiation.

Questions

Good to know.

All questions

What does a business management company actually do?

We run the parts of your business that keep it healthy but pull you away from your core work: operations, finances, payroll and HR administration, compliance, vendors, marketing and administrative support. Think of us as a management team you can bring in by the month.

Who do you work with?

Owner-led businesses across the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles — typically from a handful of people up to about fifty — including trades, healthcare practices, restaurants, retail, studios and professional services.

How is pricing structured?

Most clients work with us on a flat monthly retainer based on scope, so there are no surprise hourly bills. Defined projects like a process build-out or a strategic plan are quoted as a fixed fee up front.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long lock-in. Monthly engagements continue month to month after an initial 90-day period, which gives us time to put real structure in place.

Do you replace my accountant or attorney?

No. We're not a CPA or law firm. We keep your business organized and coordinate with your CPA and attorney so their time goes further.
